Exhibit Event Scheduling
Exhibit Event Scheduling of the Clax Motometer Collection is easy, uncomplicated and without fee for loan. Qualified automotive museums, organizations or learning institutions need only click on the Contact Us Link and include a brief request and one of our staff will respond shortly. All Collection event scheduling is on a first come basis. The breath of an exhibition can be tailored to your organizations specific interests, needs and space requirements/limitations. We are happy to acommodate all interested parties where possible.
MotometerCentral™ Founder and Automotive Industry Historian Francis G. Clax is available for lectures and presentations.
Francis is a well-respected speaker on a variety of automotive industry aspects and subjects. He is frequently requested to appear and speak at the leading automotive conferences around the world.

After a "Call For Papers" The International Motor Racing Research Center and the International Motor Sports History Section of the Society of Automotive Historians have once again selected MotometerCentral's® founder, Francis G. Clax to be a featured guest speaker for the upcoming and highly anticipated fifth annual Michael R. Argetsinger Symposium on International Motor Racing History to be held on November 8-9, 2019 at the IMRRC headquarters in world famous Watkins Glen, New York.
The theme of this year's symposium is “Writing Motor Sport History” for the purpose of highlighting motorsports events, history and experiences that were related to documenting racing events, race car drivers, personalities and history.
Distinguished automotive industry historians from around the world convened to speak on various related subjects, topics and provide unique historical perspectives. Past years have seen speakers from Australia, Belgium, Italy, the UK - England and Scotland and, of course, the United States.
MotometerCentral™ Founder Francis G. Clax has become a regularly selected and very popular speaker at the past three consecutive Symposiums.
Speaker selection is highly competitive as the Symposium catches the attention of auto and racing enthusiasts, historians and academic scholars from around the world.

The Argetsinger Symposium is free to attend. Attendance by non-presenters has grown with each year and is on a first come first served basis as space allows.
"The Racing Research Center, located in Watkins Glen, New York, it is an archival library dedicated to the preservation and sharing of the history of motorsports, all series and all venues, through its collections of books, periodicals, films, photographs, fine art and other materials. The IMRRC is a 501 (c)(3) charitable corporation and accepts generous financial donations of any amount.
