1920 BMM MOTOR HEAT INDICATOR AD

In this 1920 Ad image for Boyce Moto-Meter Motor Heat Indicators we see the second "pointing man" product pitch man. His actual identity is unknown. Note the passenger versus race car position of the indicator. The image used for the first or earlier BOYCE MOTO-METER Brand man grew dated rather quickly between 1914 and 1917. This new gentleman's image was snappier. more modern for the times, more youthful and dapper. The two Brand representatives struck similar poses.
